White Petrified Wood? Rock Branch Limb

Description

Purchased at an estate sale and I am not 100% what this is. My best guess is it is some kind of petrified wood; a branch or limb. It is about 5" long and anywhere from 3 to 4 inches wide depending one where you measure it across. It is solid rock / stone and white like teeth. It does flake slightly if handled too roughly but it is very solid and strong; you can see a little flaking in the pictures on the black felt. I would welcome any input on what it is.
