This is an authentic pair of petrified wood pieces from the Judith River Formation of Montana. There is no restoration or repair on either piece. Both have been treated with Paraloid B-72 to add stability, as the petrified wood from this location can be quite fragile otherwise. Petrified wood from this formation is rarely offered for sale, so this would be a neat addition to any collection!
